Role Description:
Form Energy is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to champion employee engagement and experience at our Weirton, WV site. This role spans multiple human resource disciplines including engagement, event/experience coordination, communications, training and operations supporting the broader efforts of the People team. Reporting to the head of HR for the Form Factory, you will help provide the resources, guidance and support for all Form Energy employees to excel. A successful Employee Experience Specialist will play a critical role in acting as the ”glue” for the team across a range of activities. What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives for employee experience.
- Analyze feedback to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with People Partners to address engagement gaps through focus groups and other tools.
- Coordinate site- and company-wide events to foster culture and engagement.
- Lead learning and development initiatives, including marketing learning opportunities and facilitating events.
- Administer the onboarding process and conduct weekly orientations. Administer offboarding process.
- Administer employee recognition program and handle merchandise distribution.
- Drive projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support internal communications efforts, including updating internal platforms and content creation.
- Function as a core member of the People Partnership team supporting People Partners with various tasks and to be a front line, visible resource for employees.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3 years in Human Resources or Communications directly engaging with employees.
- Skilled facilitator with experience in communication campaigns, coordinating schedules, leading focus groups, and organizing events.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness.
- Ability to present information confidently and simplify content for various stakeholders.
- Experience managing confidential information and building trusted workplace partnerships with demonstrated empathy and composure in stressful situations.
- Comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and time management.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Resilience to change and comfort with ambiguity.
- Inquisitive mindset with understanding of business operations.
- Able to be on site at least 4 days a week with flex to come in for an event on an alternate shift from time to time
