As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products and manufacturing processes consistently meet customer and quality expectations. You'll partner directly with customers and internal teams to resolve quality concerns, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the validation of manufacturing processes. This position serves as a primary quality resource, leading corrective actions, analyzing quality data, and helping improve overall production performance.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary quality contact for assigned customers, responding to product quality concerns and coordinating resolution efforts.
  • Lead investigations, corrective actions (CAPA), complaint resolution, and support internal and external quality audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support new product introductions by participating in validation activities, process reviews, control plans, PFMEAs, and statistical data analysis.
  • Review engineering drawings and product designs to identify critical characteristics and establish appropriate quality controls.
  • Ensure products and manufacturing processes comply with customer specifications and applicable quality standards.
  • Partner with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement long-term improvements.
  • Evaluate returned products, perform failure analysis, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and improve sampling plans and inspection methods while analyzing quality data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead root cause investigations and facilitate structured problem-solving using quality tools, including 8D methodology.
  • Provide quality oversight for new and revised manufacturing processes and help implement improvements to procedures, tooling, equipment, and inspection methods.
  • Review and disposition nonconforming material while tracking key quality metrics and performance indicators.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience supporting customers and resolving quality-related issues in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as CAPA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
