Recruiter
HRT Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our talented team!
The Recruiter plays a key role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our clients while delivering a positive candidate and client experience. This position is responsible for sourcing, candidate management, hiring manager partnership, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role works closely with a variety of clients across multiple industries and requires the ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple searches, and diverse recruiting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate and client experience.
- Create detailed position requisitions and post job openings to relevant job boards and platforms.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal recruiting trackers.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews.
- Present qualified candidate resumes to hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process.
Client and Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Work directly with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to clients and hiring managers.
- Prepare feedback summaries of candidate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background check and reference checks.
- Create and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth new hire experience.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire high-quality candidates independently.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience using Microsoft Products with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and other team members.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
