Summary:
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the maintenance department. This role is responsible for coordinating work orders, tracking maintenance activities, managing inventory, and supporting preventative and corrective maintenance efforts across residential properties.

Essential Functions:

  • Label and print photos from inspections conducted by the Director of Maintenance and Property Manager.
  • Create and enter work orders based on inspection findings.
  • Maintain and track warehouse inventory.
  • Order materials and appliances not stocked in warehouse inventory.
  • Schedule mechanical inspections for warehouse, office, and apartment buildings.
  • Track and invoice tenant charges related to damages.
  • Close out completed work orders in the system.
  • Maintain schedules and tracking for preventative maintenance programs.
  • Schedule extermination services as needed.
  • Receive and document maintenance work orders via phone.

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and work order management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset when interacting with tenants and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • All new hires are subject to eVerify processing and must pass a drug test and physical.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related administrative experience, preferably within property management, housing, or affordable housing environments.
