Overview:
We seek an Operational Technology Cybersecurity Lead to design, implement, and maintain security measures for our OT systems. This role involves collaboration with IT, engineering, and operations teams to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in OT cybersecurity solutions.
  • 5+ years of site-based operation and maintenance of industrial control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS).
  • Experience with cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM) preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for reducing cyber security risk across multiple sites
  • Design and deploy security solutions for OT systems.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Implement security policies and standards for the OT environment.
  • Collaborate with IT on integrating security tools in OT systems.
  • Develop OT cybersecurity standards and KPIs.
  • Conduct security awareness training for staff.
  • Analyze and respond to security incidents.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging threats.
